This is a good, sturdy couch and would make a wonderful addition to any housing in need of a good seat. Also a hide-a-bed, its wonderful for anyone who ever has company come to stay. Just remove the cushions, pull out the bed and there you have it. In really good shape and clean. Ready to go.

LOVESEAT -- SOLD

This couch is SO comfortable, its hard to get up from. Classic plaid, it would be great for any single or married housing in need of comfy seating. We inherited it obviously used, but cleaned it up pretty good, and its in decent shape; sturdy.
Will sell with optional home-made covers if you're interested.
